Grandmaster Christino Vasquez
started in 1964 with Modern Arnis Training under the direction of GM Roberto Presas under the supervision of GM Remy Presas.
He is the only person to receive 9th Dan from GM Remy Presas and GM Ernesto Presas.

In July 2010, he was recognized by a panel of Filipino and Western grandmasters with 10th Dan.
