Description
Mateusz Grzesiak – Basic assumptions of NLP – update to the new generation (2012) [1 MP4]
Basic assumptions of NLP – update to the new generation (2012) Length of the recording: 4 hours. 21 min. The basic assumptions of NLP at a glance:
1 Man is a holistic system, which at least consists of: mind (thoughts, theory of relativity and Cogito ergo sum), body (feeling, independent and self-sufficient system), heart (unconditional feelings and transcendence) , soul (reality encountered and course of events) .
2 You have all the resources you need, but the ego limits them with “I am X, and I should be Y.”
3 Mind is dualistic, with one extreme being conscious and the other unconscious. Both create the balance of the system and are functional on the meta-level, but are not sufficient when separated from each other.
4 A thought is for information only and is not a problem unless you believe it.
5 Everyone benefits from the resources they have. If you add more resources, people will decide to change.
6 The Law of Necessary Diversity – the most flexible element always has an advantage in the system. There must be acceptance for flexibility to emerge.
7 Life is never a problem, but the level of consciousness from which we operate. To solve the problem you have to move to a higher level of consciousness than the one you were on when you created it.
8 We are in constant evolution: intellectual, social, mental, spiritual, physiological, neuronal, etc. Organize the conditions under which this evolution can take place. Instead of changing, let the change take place. Development is inevitable.
9 The thoughts that make up the model of the world have a specific structure and are based on managed algorithms.
10 Change is not about getting rid of anything, but about constantly adding balancing resources. The problem arises when the mind uses out-of-date thoughts and has an out-of-date model.
11 Ok. At the age of 6, a person stops learning through observation (i.e. taking knowledge from reality), and begins to design his model of the world outside and confirm its existence. The perception of the ego is its projection (attributive or complementary).
12 The system aims to maintain the status quo (stability) and the change is a threat to it. He will use defense mechanisms to prevent this change from taking place.
13 Verbal communication does not exist without: a) distortions (A = B) b) generalization (referring to whole categories instead of individual events) c) deletions (the mind cannot keep two opposing concept simultaneously)

So what is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Neuro refers to your neurology;
Linguistic refers to language; programming refers to how that neural language functions.
In other words, learning NLP is like learning the language of your own mind!
NLP is the study of excellent communication–both with yourself, and with others.
It was developed by modeling excellent communicators and therapists who got results with their clients.
NLP is a set of tools and techniques, but it is so much more than that.
It is an attitude and a methodology of knowing how to achieve your goals and get results
